While the media loves to paint Donald Trump and his supporters as evil, vile, intolerant and hateful people, they often overlook the hateful intolerance from the left. Such was on display in New York City on Easter Sunday, when an anti-Trump tombstone appeared in a park, and it had quite the disturbing message.
The grave marker appears to have been made from granite, just as one you’d see in a cemetery, and it had engraved flowers and a cross, along with the billionaire’s name etched on the front. PIX11 reported that the tombstone was found just around the corner from Tavern on the Green, which is a Central Park restaurant, and it included the 69-year-old’s birthday along with an intolerant message – “Made America Hate Again.”
Isn’t that lovely? The disturbing prank apparently received quite a bit of attention, before the Department of Parks and Recreation removed it, of course.
“There were people taking pictures which is why I stopped,” Annie Reiss told Gothamist. “It was definitely provocative, strange for Easter morning.”
Nobody knows who left the tombstone there, but one thing is for certain – they’re definitely not a fan of Trump. And to think, those supporting the billionaire are called hateful.
