She helped organize the “Day Without Women” march. She also helped organize bombings that led to people dying.
She’s a hero to the left for her far-left views. She’s also a hardened Palestinian terrorist.
Rasmea Odeh is a 69-year-old self-described “feminist” who infiltrated the U.S. after lying her ass off on our immigration forms to gain entry to the country. When she lived in her native country of Jordan, she was convicted on multiple terrorism charges that included two bombings in Israel, which killed two students and wounded nine others.
An Israeli court found her guilty of the charges 1970, but she was later released as a part of a prisoner exchange. As a member of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, she’s a hardened terrorist and undoubtedly a Muslim extremist, but she conveniently omitted these inconvenient truths when applying for citizenship in the 1990s, which she was granted in 2004.
Fast forward to 2014, when Odeh’s dark past was brought to the light. A federal judge sentenced her to 18 months in prison for immigration fraud and lying about her shady past to the government, but it didn’t end there.
Her defense tried to get her out of the charges, but instead they ended up getting her citizenship revoked by the judge.
From the Daily Caller:
A convicted terrorist and darling of left-wing activists has accepted a plea deal in which she will be stripped of her citizenship and be deported.
Rasmea Odeh, 69, will avoid jail time as part of the deal, the Rasmea Defense Committee announced on Thursday.
“Under this current, racist political climate, and facing 18 months or more of imprisonment, as well as the possibility of indefinite detention by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Rasmea has made the difficult decision to accept a plea agreement,” reads a statement from Rasmea Defense Committee.
The group called the deal a “victory” for Odeh, who was born in Palestine but will be deported to Jordan.
“She will plead guilty to Unlawful Procurement of Naturalization, lose her U.S. citizenship, and be forced to leave the country, but will exit the U.S. without having to serve any more time in prison or ICE detention, a victory, considering that the government had earlier fought for a sentence of 5-7 years.”
