Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe is a part of the vast D.C. swamp, and now he’s under investigation for his underhanded activities.
According to a bombshell report from Circa News, McCabe is being investigated by the Office of U.S. Counsel for violations of the Hatch Act, but that’s not all. For those unaware, the Hatch Act prevents FBI agents from participating in partisan elections, and photos of McCabe campaigning for his wife during her Senate bid in Virginia are raising serious questions over whether or not he broke the law.
To make matters worse he’s also being investigated for sexual discrimination and other illicit political activities while serving as a bureau executive.
From Circa News:
Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe, a central player in the Russia election case, is the focus of three separate federal administrative inquiries into allegations about his behavior as a senior bureau executive, according to documents and interviews.
The allegations being reviewed range from sexual discrimination to improper political activity, the documents show
The inquiries remain open but so far there have not been any adverse findings against the senior FBI executive, who soared though the ranks the last few years to become deputy director and acting director since James Comey was fired.
FBI officials and McCabe declined comment.
McCabe also has direct ties to Hillary Clinton after McCabe’s wife took in large sums of cash from close Clinton ally Virginia Gov. Terry McCauliffe.

Concerns came after revelations by media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, that a political action committee affiliated with Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, who has ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, contributed almost $500,000 to the 2015 Virginia state Senate campaign of McCabe’s wife, Jill McCabe. (She lost the election.) She also received $207,788 from the Virginia Democratic Party, which is connected to McAuliffe, a Democrat.
So that’s that. The man investigating the President over bogus charges is under investigation for very real violations of the law. It’s time for him to either resign or recuse himself from all of it.
