Last night, MSNBC host Rachel Maddow reported about President Trump’s 2005 tax returns, and shortly after she received some horrible news.
Chief Counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice Jay Sekulo Appeared on Fox News’ Hannity immediately following Maddow’s show, and he revealed that the lunatic liberal could be facing some serious legal trouble for even reporting about the illegally-obtained document. Sekulo, joined by Laura Ingraham, explained that it’s in violation of both the IRS manual and criminal code 7213, which strictly prohibits the disclosure of tax return information or actual tax returns.
Maddow explained to her audience that the “First Amendment gives us the right to publish this tax return,” but that may not be the case given that tax returns contain deeply personal information we’re required to disclose to the government.
Check Sekulo’s explanation below:
It’ll be interesting to see if President Trump pursues charges. Do you think he should?
