Last night, the Trump administration was rocked by news that national security adviser Gen. Michael Flynn was resigning amid accusations he lied about a phone call to the Russians back in December, and Hillary Clinton’s reaction couldn’t have been worse.
Since losing the election, the two-timed failed presidential candidate has seemingly taken pride in trolling President Trump and his cabinet, as if the defeat was personal rather than a hard fought and lost contest between two competitors. Last night was no different, and as news of Flynn’s sudden resignation made its way across the airwaves, Clinton was right there to again troll Trump and his supporters.
Throughout the campaign, a conspiracy people called #pizzagate swept across social media, which claimed that members of Hillary’s team along with high-ranking members of government were involved in an underground pedophilia ring. The story made national headlines after a man went to Comet Ping Pong in Washington, D.C. to try to save children he thought were being held captive, which turned out to not be the case, and not much has been heard of the conspiracy since…until now.
Enter Hillary and her butthurt response to Gen. Flynn leaving the White House.
Yes, they really went there. If you remember, Mike Flynn Jr. shared something about the #pizzagate conspiracy, so in their eyes his father losing his job is karma playing out.
Again, the response seems all too personal from the Clinton team, who’s obviously still sore over losing the election. That much was evident after Hillary trolled President Trump following his loss in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, when she simply tweeted “3-0” in reference to the three times his executive order was heard by the courts and ruled against.
Regardless, it’s time for Hillary and her team to let the election go and move on. After all, it’s starting to look like getting revenge for their loss is more important than keeping our nation safe.
