The federal government has begun taking bids to build the wall along our Southern border as promised by President Donald Trump, and you’ll be surprised to see which companies have put in the most bids to do so.
If we’re to listen to the left’s narrative, every Latino immigrant in our country is against a border wall and in favor of open borders. The bigotry of placing Latinos in a box aside, that narrative falls apart as soon as you talk to legal immigrants of Hispanic descent.
We can see further evidence destroying the left’s myth by looking into the companies currently bidding on the president’s “big, beautiful wall, with a big door to let people in.” Dozens of companies have placed bids for the opportunity of a lifetime, and the makeup of them is more diverse than the Democrat party’s field of presidential candidates last year.
Check it out, from The Wall Street Journal:
As you can see, Hispanic, veteran, and women-owned businesses top off the list, followed by Native American, African-American, “Foreign,” and Asian-Pacific-American.
It’s worth noting that outside of the WSJ, there’s been little to no coverage of these statistics, and it’s easy to see why; they don’t fit the narrative, so they, like everything else that doesn’t fit the narrative, are being ignored.
