An illegal alien was invited onto MSLSD this week to speak her mind about presidential candidate Donald Trump, and what she had to say is making Americans’ blood boil across the nation.
Greisa Martinez is the director of the United We Dream Network, and she herself is an illegal alien fighting to continue the lawlessness that’s allowed people like her to stay in the country even though they broke the law to get in here. During her interview, she kvetched that Trump is a “threat to the way of life in our communities,” and that deportation, despite it being the law, is “concerning” for her and others in the illegal community.
No shit, Sherlock.
Check out the outrageous interview below:
“For people like myself that are undocumented and have undocumented family members, it’s been clear from day one that he wants to enact mass deportation. He wants to deport me and my mother,” Martinez lamented. “That is crystal clear for all of us. But this in and out and softening or not is just erratic behavior and concerning to our country.”
The host pressed her on Obama’s 2.8 million deportations* throughout his term, but Martinez said the she and her organization have fought against him too. She then complained about Trump’s plan to step up deportation efforts – a plan Trump said is mainly for violent criminal illegals and drug traffickers.
“As someone whose father was deported eight years ago, I understand the pain that brings to communities,” Martinez said. “But Donald Trump wants to make something that’s already bad and toxic and make it worse.”
“He has promised to increase the force by triple in the community,” she continued. “He has promised to deport people like myself and my families and U.S. citizen children along with them.”
“So I think that Donald Trump is a threat to the way of life in our communities,” concluded Martinez.
For the record, Trump stated that his emphasis will be on deporting the criminal elements of those in the nation illegally, and that after the border is secured and we have a good system in place for removing criminal illegals, he’ll look at what to do with people like Martinez. However, he also stated unequivocally that simply being in the nation entitles her to nothing, and that if she wants to gain citizenship she’ll have to return home and get in line like those trying to do it the right way.
In other words, he’s not going to let Martinez or anybody else take the easy way out. Perhaps that’s the biggest issue Martinez has, considering she’s been told by the left that she’s entitled to be her despite the fact she broke the law upon entering the nation.
Regardless, it’s completely outrageous that these people come into our country and then demand special treatment as if they’re above the law or deserve some sort of privilege because they made it here. If those in her community are so worried about deportations, perhaps they should have thought about that before they knowingly entered our nation illegally with the full knowledge they may, in fact, be deported if they were caught.
What a novel concept, eh? Too bad such accountability is disregarded by so many in our country, who would rather promise the world to earn votes than uphold the laws that made this nation great. It truly is sickening to see what’s been done to our nation. Let’s just pray we’re able to turn it around come November.
*According to numerous reports, the Obama administration counts catching someone at the border and turning them away as a deportation, so the actual numbers of deportations are likely far lower than the recorded amount since there’s been a massive surge of illegals attempting to enter the country in recent years.
