On Tuesday, President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for education secretary, Betsy DeVoss, was grilled by a Senate committee over her plans for the Education Department, and Elizabeth Warren created quite a stir after she showed just how little class she has.
Despite our political differences, we should all be able to show common decency toward one another, and this is especially true for our elected leaders, who set the example for the nation to follow. However, common decency and respect are two things that many Democrats appear to lack, and Sen. Warren proved as much during yesterday’s hearing.
DeVoss squared off with Warren during the hearing as she fielded pointed questions from the Massachusetts moonbat, but despite tough questioning their conversation remained civil. After the hearing, while the cameras were still rolling, DeVoss made her way to the front of the chamber to shake hands with several of the senators who previously questioned her, including Minnesota Democratic Sen. Al Franken, Washington Democratic Sen. Patty Murray, and Tennessee Republican Sen. Lamar Alexander.
Warren was among the senators DeVoss was trying to thank at the end of the hearing, but apparently she’s still sore over her lame horse failing to win the race on November 8, so rather than shake DeVoss’s hand she completely snubbed her as she walked by.

Did you catch that? Way to keep it classy, Fauxcahontas.
Warren’s line of questioning for DeVoss ranged from LGBT issues to her support for school choice and charter schools, the Huffington Post reported. Ironically, the same woman who lied about being part Native American to secure a cushy job at Harvard Law School, later posted to Facebook that her major concern is whether or not DeVoss can protect students from alleged fraud with student loans.
“Tonight at her confirmation hearing, I asked Betsy DeVos a straight forward set of questions about her education experience and commitment to protecting students cheated by for-profit colleges,” Warren stated. “If Betsy DeVos can’t commit to using the Department of Education’s many tools and resources to protect students from fraud, I don’t see how she can be the secretary of education.”
Funny, she seems perfectly okay with fraud when she’s the one committing it, eh?
You seriously couldn’t make up the hypocrisy of some of these Democrats if you tried, which is one of many reasons they’re becoming extinct in American politics.
