Massachusetts moonbat Elizabeth Warren is like a yippy dog that barks at everything, and during Tuesday night’s Senate hearing on the confirmation of Jeff Sessions for Attorney General she reprimanded like one after breaking the rules.

For some reason, Warren saw it as a good idea to use her time at the hearing to attack Sessions’ character, and at one part during her diatribe against him she read a quote from Coretta Scott King. Unfortunately for her, the Senate rules strictly prohibit such character assassinations among colleagues, so majority leader Mitch McConnell called her out, and it was glorious.

Check it out:

“The senator has impugned the motives and conduct of our colleague from Alabama as warned from the chair,” McConnell said. “Sen. Warren, quote, said ‘Sen. Sessions, has used the awesome power of his office to chill the free exercise of the vote by black citizens.’ I call the senator to order under the provisions of [Senate] Rule 19.”

Warren had been warned by the acting chairman, Republican Sen. Steve Daines of Montana, that such remarks against Sessions weren’t allowed, but she didn’t seem to think the rules applied to her.

“I am surprised that the words of Coretta Scott King are not suitable for debate in the United States Senate,” she shot back. “I ask leave of the Senate to continue my remarks.”

She did in fact finish her commentary, but it didn’t come without further criticism. Sen. Orrin Hatch from Utah then stood up and blasted Warren’s “constant diatribe” against Sessions.

“I listened to her for quite a while and she didn’t have a good thing to say about a fellow senator here, and I frankly don’t think that’s right,” he lamented. “If we don’t respect each other, we’re going down a very steep path to oblivion.”

He also condemned the fact that Democrats have been engaging in gutter politics when it comes to President Trump’s pick for AG.

“I would never say things about him like have been said by my colleagues on the other side,” he said.

Of course, always the victim even if she’s in the wrong, Warren took to Twitter to express outrage that she was actually reprimanded for stepping out of line. In an unhinged series of tweets, she completely ignored the fact that impugning the character of her colleagues is prohibited and instead tried to make it into something racial against Coretta Scott King, which it wasn’t.

Nice, eh? It’s no wonder her approval ratings in her home state are sinking faster than the Titanic; she’s either certifiably insane or completely out of touch with reality, but whichever it is, it’s evident she shouldn’t be holding the levers of power as a Senator.
