Hillary Clinton has become the herpes outbreak that America just can’t get rid of, and people really aren’t going to be happy once they learn what she has planned for the future.
People on both sides of the aisle have been speculating as to what she may do, with most everyone realizing she’s likely not going to get out of politics. Some wondered if she’d run for mayor of NYC or possibly even take another shot at the White House, but while neither of those appear to be in her future, Grandma Cankles isn’t getting out of the political world anytime soon.
The Washington Free Beacon is reporting that the two-time failed presidential candidate plans to take her anger at her most recent defeat out on President Trump and the GOP by starting a Super PAC to influence future elections.
From the Beacon:
Hillary Clinton is planning to soon launch a new political action committee without the intention of making another run for public office.
The failed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate will start the PAC to “act as a quiet catalyst” for organizations she supports and help 2018 congressional candidates, Axios reported Wednesday.
Clinton’s PAC will be focused on “lifting up organizations that are the product of the energy and activism she has seen since the election, and existing groups that have been reignited and reinvigorated by that energy,” a source familiar with the planning told Axios.
Dammit. Dammit, dammit, dammit!
When you combine this report with the fact that she just declared that she’s now “a part of the resistance” against the President, it’s evident that just like herpes, she isn’t going away any time in the near future.
The Clintons sure do have a thing for non-profits, don’t they? It’s almost as if now that her “charity” can’t seem to give away speeches, they’re turning to another source for income by taking advantage of the current mood among the left in our country.
But surely, such honorable people as the Clintons wouldn’t ever start a non-profit for the purpose of enriching themselves, would they? /sarc
