Minneapolis Police Officer Mohamed Noor has come under intense scrutiny ever since he shot dead Justine Damond, an unarmed white woman who had called police to report a sexual assault, and new details about his behavior from a neighbor offer chilling insight into his overall demeanor.
We previously reported that Noor had behavioral issues in his two short years on the force, with a series of incidents leading to a lawsuit from his alleged treatment of a mentally ill woman. These incidents should have led to Noor being removed from the force, but since he was brought on as a “diversity hire” (read: Affirmative Action), he likely was kept on the force for the same reason.
Noor has refused to speak to investigators about the shooting, and his lawyer has since tried to smear Damond by accusing her of being on drugs in an attempt to justify his actions. However, as it turns out his treatment of women, and people in general, isn’t exactly stellar, according to one of his neighbors.
The Daily Telegraph has more:
Forklift driver Chris Miller, 49, has lived next door for the past two years and said he wasn’t surprised to learn Noor was the policeman making international headlines for firing on Ms Damond after she called 911 about what she thought was a sexual assault in the alley behind her house.
“He is extremely nervous … he is a little jumpy … he doesn’t really respect women, the least thing you say to him can set him off,” Mr Miller said.
“When they say a policeman shot an Australian lady I thought uh, oh but then when they said who it was I was like, ‘OK.’”
He said Noor, who has refused to explain to investigators what led him to shoot dead bride-to-be Damond, was a strict and ill-tempered presence in the townhouse block, where children play together in a playground in a small park between the units.
“He got into it with the kids, they were outside playing and something got stuck in a tree and he came out and he just started yelling at the kids because they were out here playing,” Mr Miller said.
The shocking revelations from Miller came last night, as protesters in Minnesota took to the streets to express outrage at Damond’s death.
If the people who lived around Noor were able to see his attitude was poor, there’s no way in hell that his superiors didn’t, which means that Damond likely died due to political correctness hamstringing Minneapolis Police officials and preventing them from taking care of the problem. In other words, Justine Damond was sacrificed at the altar of multiculturalism and diversity, brought upon us by the lunatic left.
How many more have to die before they realize how bad this is for our country?
