Hillary Clinton really wanted to win the election for two reasons; 1. To become the first woman president in history, and 2. To avoid prosecution for her crimes while secretary of state and with her fraudulent charity.
Well the election has come and gone, and unless you live in a cave with zero communication with the outside world, you know she didn’t win. While Hillary’s loss was a win for the nation, it may wind up being damaging to more than just her overinflated ego.
According to an exclusive report from the Daily Caller, Hillary’s about to be having some sleepless nights as she lies awake thinking about what’s going to come from the investigation into her foundation. Yeah, apparently FBI headquarters in Washington ordered its office in New York City to continue its corruption probe into the “charity” for money laundering and racketeering.
More from the Caller:
Officials at FBI headquarters instructed its New York field office to continue its corruption investigation into the Clinton Foundation following the election of Republican candidate Donald Trump, according to a former senior law enforcement official.
The instructions ordered agents to “go forward” with their ongoing inquiry into the Clinton Foundation which is focusing on issues of corruption and money laundering, according to the source.
“There were no instructions to shut it down, to discontinue or to stand down on the investigation, but to continue its work,” the former official told the Daily Caller News Foundation in an interview.
He said he received this information about a week ago and that the order originated from the bureau’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. well after the November 8 election. He did not know who at FBI Headquarters issued the order.
This was the same source who told the Caller that the FBI was conducting a multi-city probe into the foundation that included at least five different cities: New York, Little Rock, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Miami. Although they were unable to comment on the status of the FBI’s investigations in the other four cities.
Regardless, this is only going to add insult to injury to Hillary, who’s all but disappeared from the public’s eye since being rejected harder than a 50-year-old virgin at a strip club. But it should also renew hope in many Trump supporters who were disappointed after he appeared to show little interest in prosecuting her, since, as the Caller notes, “Halting an ongoing probe by the FBI, which is an independent law enforcement agency, can be fraught with many political risks for presidents and can expose them to charges of interfering or politicizing law enforcement activities.”
