For the last seven years, Barack Obama has ruled by executive fiat whenever he doesn’t get what he wants through Congress and it’s all but turned our nation into a banana republic. His dictatorial behavior isn’t about to end anytime soon either, and his new “decree” affects every school bathroom in America, which parents cannot be happy about.
For the vast majority of Americans, simply looking in between our legs and seeing whether or not we have indoor or outdoor plumbing is all it takes to determine which bathroom we should use. For some reason, this simple concept seems lost on our progressive counterparts, who seem to think that our chromosomes lie and genetics have nothing to do with our sex.
As a result of our difference, there’s been a heated debate over bathrooms and who should use which one, and Obama just threw a big bucket of racing fuel on the fire with his new “decree.” According to The Hill, his administration is now going to use extortion to get schools across the country to comply with the LGBTQRSWTF agenda, and if they don’t, they risk losing federal funding.
Check it out:
The Obama administration will issue a decree Friday to all public school districts in the U.S. telling them to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity, according to the New York Times.
While the decree doesn’t have the force of law, it does carry a threat: Schools that don’t comply could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid.
It is signed by officials at the Justice Department and Department of Education.
“No student should ever have to go through the experience of feeling unwelcome at school or on a college campus,” John B. King Jr., the secretary of the Department of Education, said in a statement to the Times. “We must ensure that our young people know that whoever they are or wherever they come from, they have the opportunity to get a great education in an environment free from discrimination, harassment and violence.”
Isn’t that something? It gets worse too. According to TheBlaze, the criteria being used by the departments is quite loose. In fact, transgendered students aren’t even required to be seeing a doctor for treatment, they merely have to say they “feel” like they’re the opposite sex.
“The Departments interpret Title IX to require that when a student or the student’s parent or guardian, as appropriate, notifies the school administration that the student will assert a gender identity that differs from previous representations or records, the school will begin treating the student consistent with the student’s gender identity,” the letter to the schools read. “Under Title IX, there is no medical diagnosis or treatment requirement that students must meet as a prerequisite to being treated consistent with their gender identity.”
Now, keep in mind that the definition of “sex” under Title IX was perverted by Obama through the use of executive fiat, which means he directed his administration to expand the terminology to include transgendered people without authorization from Congress. Fortunately, North Carolina’s lawsuit against the administration tackles that very topic, and if the court rules with any sense, it will overturn Obama’s executive action since he unilaterally altered a law created and passed by Congress.
Then again, with how he stacked the courts with liberal judges, who knows how it will all turn out. Either way, he’s really taking this entirely too far by forcing his progressive agenda on every public school in the nation again without Congress.
As the story above shows, we’re in for one hell of a time during the remainder of his term since he’s literally going to hit us from every possible angle to advance his agenda, even though there’s a wholesale rejection of progressivism by Americans across the country. The only good news is that the more he pokes the bear, the more we turn out at the polls and vote out Democrats, which is only going to improve our nation as a whole.
With that said, what do you think the odds of his daughters’ school allowing boys to shower with girls are? Yeah, I thought the same. What a hypocrite.
