Another bombshell has dropped from Wikileaks, and this time it directly implicates the very man who’s supposed to be leading the case involving the emails found on Huma Abedin’s laptop.
Yesterday it was reported that Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik would be the lead prosecutor in the investigation into roughly 650,000 emails found on a laptop at the home of Abedin’s estranged husband, Anthony Weiner. However, after the latest email dump from Wikileaks, Kadzik probably isn’t the best person to conduct a fair investigation considering he actually colluded with Team Hillary during the original investigation.
An email between Kadzik and Hillary’s campaign chair, John Podesta, reveals that Kadzik was extremely cozy with the campaign. In fact, he was so cozy that he was giving Podesta updates regarding the Justice Department’s progress in its investigation into Hillary’s use of a private email server.

The email, titled “Heads Up,” reds:
“There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails. Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.”
Also of note is the fact this email came from his personal email account and not Kadzik’s official Justice Department account, which suggests he was trying to keep it under wraps.
Either way, the incestuous relationship between Kadzik, who also lobbied to get his own son a job with Team Hillary, and Hillary’s campaign is undoubtedly a conflict of interest. If there ever were a time for a special prosecutor to be appointed to the case, it’s now, since we know that Kadzik and Podesta are rather good friends and it’s near impossible for him to be impartial with the case.
