An interesting story emerged from France after women were banned from every Starbucks coffee shop across a particular country, and what happened after is nothing short of pure ignorance and stupidity.
The story stems from Saudi Arabia, where laws on the books prevent women from doing certain things, like driving and apparently ordering a hot mocha from Starbucks. According to the Independent, every Starbucks in Saudi Arabia has a sign telling women to “send your driver” into the shop to order their coffee, and those signs are causing major issues… in Paris. Yes, you read that right… Paris.
You see, the perpetually offended femi-nazis of France caught wind of the blatant sexism on display and immediately missed the larger picture that Islam is oppressive and instead turned around and blamed Starbucks of essentially banning women from their stores. Check out the ignorance below:

Of course, no social justice warrior outrage is complete without the enabling media jumping on board and promoting their latest outrage. So, cue liberal magazines across France demonizing Starbucks for following the law in Saudi Arabia, which just happens to be based upon Islamic Sharia law – the very law that rules the Islamic State.
According to BuzzFeed, the backlash was swift and severe against the coffee house:
France’s largest newspaper Le Monde picked up the tweet, writing it up as, “In Saudi Arabia, a Starbucks prohibits women.”
More and more French media covered the story, making the headline more broad each time. Marie Claire wrote it up as, “Saudi Arabia: Starbucks prohibits women from entering.”
Other websites like Marianne began implying Starbucks’ global company was allowing their Saudi locations to ban women, writing it as, “In Saudi Arabia, Starbucks agrees to prohibit access for women.”
My head hurts. But thanks to the liberal media’s wall-to-wall coverage of the alleged sexism from Starbucks, protests even started happening… in France.

Wow… just wow. Keep in mind, all these outraged femi-nazis are the same women’s rights crusaders that proudly don hijabs to convince the rest of us to be “tolerant” of the so-called “religion,” so it’s funny that once they finally got a glimpse of what Islam does to women, they immediately went into a rage.
However, oddly enough, none of them have yet to comment on Saudi Arabia’s oppressive laws for women. No, they’re still mad at Starbucks, even after the situation was clarified for them.
Even when faced with the systematic oppression of women under Islamic law, they refused to accept that it was the religion itself causing it, and not some sexist policy from Starbucks. Unfortunately, this incident is a sad indictment on the suicidal tendencies of Western culture, since it refuses to teach the true evils lurking within the “Religion of Peace ™.”
Anyways, if this is not incurable ignorance, I’m not entirely sure what is.
