Last week, President Trump shocked the world when launching an attack on a Syrian military base in response to a chemical weapons attack, but he apparently has the source of the weapons wrong, according to an award-winning journalist.
Iran-Contra journalist Robert Parry spoke with his intelligence sources, and they revealed that it wasn’t Assad’s forces that launched the horrific attack in Syria. Instead, Parry wrote, it came from a drone that was flown from a joint Saudi-Israeli base in nearby Jordan.
Parry’s source says that U.S. intelligence analysts “eventually came to believe that the flight was launched in Jordan from a Saudi-Israeli special operations base for supporting Syrian rebels.”
Parry alleges that the attack was actually a false flag to induce President Trump to remove Assad from power.
“The suspected reason for the poison gas was to create an incident that would reverse the Trump administration’s announcement in late March that it was no longer seeking the removal of President Bashar al-Assad,” asserted Parry.
Parry’s sentiments have been echoed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, who warned that more false flags could be on the way. Putin wasn’t alone either, as even Ron Paul cautioned that the attack may have been staged to goad Trump into war.
“It looks like maybe somebody didn’t like that so there had to be an episode,” said Paul, asking, “who benefits?”
“It doesn’t make any sense for Assad under these conditions to all of a sudden use poison gases – I think there’s zero chance he would have done this deliberately,” said Paul.
As for Parry, his background lends much credibility to his claims. He covered the Iran-Contra scandal for the Associated Press and Newsweek, then later received a George Polk Award for his work on intelligence matters, InfoWars reported.
Whoever was behind the attack, the fact of the matter remains that it was utterly horrific and innocent people and children were forced to suffer as a result. If it was, in fact, a false flag, it’s unknown whether or not the president knew about it; however, a Medium post from Mike Cernovich, who broke the story revealing Susan Rice as the Obama official spying on the Trump campaign, suggested that the president’s intelligence reports are being altered to encourage a certain outcome.
